This class merges circular, fluid techniques with sharp, explosive power—bridging old-world martial arts with modern fight conditioning. Blend combinations for agility, speed, balance and overall coordination to turn the body into a weapon.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Window Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures we both come prepared, focused, and ready to train with intention. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens—but respect and discipline matter. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable and will be marked as a used session. You may reschedule once per session if done with proper notice. 3. No-Shows A no-show (missing your session without notice) will result in the session being forfeited. No exceptions. Respect the work—we show up. 4. Lateness If you're late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. If I’m late (rare), you’ll receive the full session or credit. 5. Refund Policy All purchases are final. No refunds once a program or session is delivered or the time slot is reserved. You’re investing in your transformation—commitment is part of the process. 6. Session Expiry Session packs or programs expire 60 days from purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This keeps momentum strong and consistent. 7. Communication All booking, rescheduling, and changes must be made via email or your designated client platform (Wix). I do not accept schedule changes through social media DM's.
