Refund Policy

At Temple of 18 Hands, we stand behind the quality of our offerings and your growth experience. However, due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

1. Digital Products (Music, Courses, Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital item (such as a music track, course, or guide) is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Coaching, Consultations & Private Sessions

Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions or missed appointments.

Cancellations:

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited without refund.

3. Workshops, Memberships, and Events

Refunds for live events, workshops, or membership subscriptions are issued only if the event is canceled by Temple of 18 Hands.
If you're unable to attend, contact us at least 72 hours in advance, and we may offer a credit toward future offerings at our discretion.

4. Accidental Purchases

If you made an accidental purchase, reach out to us within 24 hours at 📧 [YourBusinessEmail@domain.com]. We’ll assess the situation and may issue a refund if the product hasn't been downloaded or used.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage direct communication before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes without prior contact may result in being banned from future purchases.
